Dwayne Eaton is a former high‑level commissioning editor and executive producer with a standout track record at both the BBC and Sky. He has led major entertainment and talent‑driven series, from The Graham Norton Show, Drag Race Down Under, Mastermind and Only Connect to Sky hits like The Overlap on Tour, Fantasy Football, Big Zuu & AJ Tracey’s Rich Flavours, and multiple premium stand‑up specials. His executive producer credits also include large‑scale live events and flagship comedy formats such as Game4Ukraine and The Russell Howard Hour.

Known for sharp editorial instinct and confident creative leadership, Dwayne has built diverse slates, championed emerging talent, and delivered returnable franchises with clarity and ambition. His experience spans format origination, digital‑first commissioning, supplier management and multi‑genre production. Making Dwayne a trusted, senior creative force who consistently delivers programming with impact, polish and mainstream appeal.

Jonny Wright

Award-winning producer, director and writer Jonny Wright has spent more than 15 years creating premium television for the BBC, Channel 4, ITV, MTV and leading independent production companies. His credits include The ApprenticeBeyond ChelseaGeordie ShoreLoaded in Paradise and a range of authored factual documentaries and entertainment formats. Alongside broadcast, he has produced social-first campaigns for global brands including Under Armour.

Jonny’s work sits at the intersection of broadcast craft and cinematic storytelling. He wrote and directed the internationally award-winning short film Ethel, starring BAFTA-winning actor Miriam Margolyes and Professor Green, while his original screenplays have been recognised by leading international competitions including PAGE, Killer Shorts, Manchester Film Festival and Filmatic. Equally comfortable developing original IP, directing on location or shaping stories in the edit, he brings ambitious ideas and premium storytelling to every project.

James Yeoburn

James is a producer, executive and investor with a passion for storytelling and enterprise. With an early career in UK television at Shine and MTV, James later co-founded live entertainment company United Theatrical to develop and mount work for UK and international audiences including Magic Mike Live, The Addams Family, Secret Cinema and ROOM.

Through Yeomark, James invests and operates ventures across live, film, television and digital properties, with an expanding portfolio in technology, entertainment services and real estate, and partners that include Hasbro, Disney, BBC, Netflix, Cartoon Saloon, American Express and Soho House.
